8 cuts is one of my favourite burger places in Manila. Their cheeseburgers are delicious and juicy and really taste beefy. You can also get onion rings, skinny fries, chicken poppers and fried chicken here. This place is located right off the street in between Elbert's and the wholesome table.

Went on 8 cuts for our dinner, it's a small branch compared with the others but I could say it's completely aesthetic. On to their food quality and serving, the mozarella nuggets was on point and it gives you the cheese pull experience while hot. The Basic Cheeseburger is definitely not basic, this is heavy already compared with the other burgers out there and the buns are great! We also tried this platter serving that gives you a taste of everything, if you're just trying 8 cuts, you should get this. Super love their onion rings, tastes fresh of the bat as well as their chicken nuggets. Pricing is valid, and would cost you around 400-600 per person.

Really the best onion rings I had. Period. Their iced tea blend was also unique and refreshing. Chicken poppers were also good, especially with the tartar sauce. Finally, the cheese burger was also good; the meat was very soft, well cooked, and flavorful. The place is great. Slightly dim warm lights and just the right ambient temperature. The staff was very accommodating and kind, but they were a bit slow in handling bill outs/payments.

One of my fave places to have a cheat meal. Ordered 'The Wild Child'. The burger was a bit too salty but still good. The fried chicken crispy and juicy. The truffle honey chicken poppers tasted sweet and salty as expected. Will definitely return.

The OG 8Cuts in Salcedo has always been my go-to spot from when I used to live in the area, and it never disappoints. This time, I ordered a cheeseburger (usually I go for the Hangover Burger, for obvious reasons!), Parmesan chicken wings, and of course, their iconic onion rings. The cheeseburger was incredibly juicy and flavorful, holding together perfectly after a few bites—no messy burger situation here. I paired it with their homemade hot sauce, which was just the right touch of heat and balance. The onion rings? Absolutely divine. Perfectly crispy, generously coated with cheese, and just plain addictive. I honestly don’t know how they achieve that level of perfection. The chicken wings were equally impressive; the Parmesan was evenly distributed, and the wings retained their crispy texture despite the cheesy topping. Service was top notch, quick, efficient, and easy. Without a doubt, this place earns a solid 5/5. I’ll be back again and again!

You can never go wrong with the food at 8 cuts. its limited but it's a burger joint what can you do? Everything is well seasoned and the serving size is just right. My favorite is the onion rings and honestly I could just eat onion rings when I come here. the restaurant itself is a bit tight so it might be difficult to navigate when it's full but the great food more than makes up for that. I love that the food quality is consistent with the rest of their branches too.

Every time I give a try for this brand and I never find the taste anymore on the first time I had it years ago. It’s good burger and fries. Also, their onion rings would amazed me. Anyway, I have their new product fish & chips this time, but it’s just another little disappoint I meet. I won’t say it’s not good choice in the area, it still has its unique and specialty for their burger.
